You sigh as you sit at the bar, ordering another jack and coke as you lay your head on your arm, poking the glass as it was set in front of you and let out a small whimper. The bartender rolled his eyes at you, taking your empty glass and walked away from you.
‘And another one bites the dust, and with this one so goes my job… just because I got put into the middle of someone else’s drama… I’m through with this. I’ll find a new job, I won’t make friends with any co-workers, and certainly not the boss.” You think as you watch a bead of sweat drip down the glass. “T-that’s a good plan…” you nod to yourself, pushing yourself to your feet and wiped at your eyes. “Let’s do this.” You take the glass, draining it in one large gulp and slammed it down on the bar. “No more getting dumped on by idiots~ I’ll find the right people to work with~” you put your money down, grabbing your purse and spinning on your heel to leave when you bumped into someone. “Ah?! I-I’m sorry!” you blush slightly as you take a step back, noting the light that seemed to be emanating from the man’s chest and glanced up at him. ‘That light looks like Stark’s arch reactor, but that can’t be real, that only happens in the movies.” You shake your head as you glanced up into the man’s deep brown eyes. ‘And he looks like Stark, must be a cosplayer.”
“Well aren’t you a cutie, what’s your name?” the man asked.
“Ah, no, don’t come at me like that.” You put your hand up, shaking your head and walking by him.
“Wait, wait! Why are you leaving?!” he called, following after you.
“One I don’t know you, two you come at me with a horrible line, and three I have to go find a new place of work.” You list off as you head towards your apartment, shuddering as you pass by a dark alley way and glance into the darkness.
“I swear I didn’t mean to make you feel uncomfortable back at the bar, I was just impressed that you were able to handle the heavy drinking you did in the hour you were there.” He stepped forward quickly, pulling you past the alley before backing away. “I’ve never seen someone best me in drinking.”
“Genetics make it nearly impossible for me to get drunk, although sometimes I like to pretend to get drunk… just to... just to fit in every once in a while…” you sigh, staring to the side and slowing down as you started thinking about just how different you were from the people around you.
“Hm… maybe you have a little Cap in you…” he rubbed his chin in thought as you turned to look at him.
“If you mean Captain America then there’s something wrong with you considering that would be impossible. Marvel heroes are just characters in comic books, they don’t exist.” You shake your head at him as you start walking again.
“So you follow Marvel? That’s great news!” he beamed at you, running in front of you and held his hand out. “My name’s Tony, by the way.”
“(Y-Y/n)… I really do have to go look for a new job now.” You shake his hand tentivly.
“Well (Y/n), I hope to see you around.” He pulled you to him, pressing his lips to your hand. “Just... be careful, okay? And good luck finding a new job.”
“Um… thank you?” you blush slightly as he released your hand, stepping back and watching as he left. “Weird cosplayer…” you shake your head as he rounds a corner, turning to continue your walk home and yelped as you ran into something that felt like a solid brick wall, falling to the side walk. “Ow…” you whimper slightly, sitting up and glaring at the man as you rubbed your head.
“Pathetic woman, were has the Man of Iron gone?” the man growled down at you, grabbing you by the front of your shirt and roughly lifted you to your feet.
“H-hey! Don’t pull me around!” you snap, trying to yank away from him and yelped slightly as he pulled you closer.
“Hmph. I don’t think you’re of any importance.” He flung you to the side.
“Kya?!” you wince, sitting up and glaring at him. “Freak cosplayer!”
“Hm… since I do not know where he went and I do not know this land you will have to lead me around.” He glared down at you.
“Excuse me? I don’t think so, I have better things to do then lead someone like you around!” you push yourself to your feet, dusting yourself off and groaned as you noticed your shirt was ripped. “Great, my favorite top, ruined. Thanks a lot.” You growl, pulling your purse closer and stormed towards your apartment.
“Do not think you can escape me, foolish mortal.” He hissed, following along behind you.
“If you don’t leave me alone I’ll call the cops.”
“They will not be able to do anything.” He smirked, going to wrap his arms around you when you took off, rounding the corner and stopping by a cop, glancing back to see he was still following you.
“Excuse me, sir, that guy’s ben following me around and won’t leave me alone.” You tap on the cops shoulder, turning and point at the man who was following you.
“What man, Ms.?” the cop asked, glancing at were you were pointing.
“That copslay freak who thinks he’s Loki.” You stare at the man who had been stalking you.
“Ms. There’s no one there.” The cop said.
“B-but-! Oh, my gosh, I-I’m so sorry he must have run off before you could see him!” you tear up slightly as your stalker stepped closer to you, a smirk on his face.
“Ms. Would you like me to make sure you get home?” the cop asked and you nodded.

We'll be seeing where this goes, I just had to start writing something stupid again to get my creativity flowing again. Maybe I'll go get some food soon...
